Costa Toscana – Our experience with this cruise was, unfortunately, quite disappointing from the very beginning. The cruise was good the continual cost was anointing. The reception staff were of no help. Cabin and wait staff all good. Very hard to get questions answered when onboard. Night shows mostly good. .
So bad is crazy don’t take this company there is way better out there. they don’t provide service you pay for and dont refund you. it’s is border illegal. This company is so bad and event when you try to upgrade yourself to get out of the trash of your package there is no ways. Avoid at all cost ! Holland America was way better
The worst cruise company. If they lost your luggage, they don’t give you any reimbursement! Everyone please take care of your stuff! And so ridiculous, they offer €100 discount for the future cruise. WHO WANTS TO BACK AGAIN
