DON'T GO!!!!!!!!! THE WORST Rip offs. They serve worst foods and rip you off on excursions. Think about it, I got all money back on canceled disputed excursions, even ones I took as they fraudulently take the money and don't claim it as excursions their refund the entire price because no proof of the one or two we took out of 10

Review for Costa Toscana This was not our first cruise, and precisely for that reason the difference is obvious. It has been, without exaggeration, the worst cruise and hotel experience we have had. The crew was consistently unfriendly, poorly trained, and unwilling to offer clear guidance. Basic questions turned into unnecessary complications. Pacifica staff won’t give me my lost key that the dining room staff located. My only option is to pay 5 euros to get a new card issued. What a scam! I wish I knew about Costa cruise line low practices before i booked a cruise aboard Pacifica from La Romana. Traveller beware and avoid this cruise ship line if at all possible at all costs.
