Some of the staff were unprofessional. Buffet is very small and always the same food.
Review for Costa Toscana This was not our first cruise, and precisely for that reason the difference is obvious. It has been, without exaggeration, the worst cruise and hotel experience we have had. Pacifica staff won’t give me my lost key that the dining room staff located. My only option is to pay 5 euros to get a new card issued. What a scam! I wish I knew about Costa cruise line low practices before i booked a cruise aboard Pacifica from La Romana. Traveller beware and avoid this cruise ship line if at all possible at all costs.
Absolutely the most disgusting, dirtiest and god awful food. The worst cruise I have ever been on. Sheets with someone else’s bodily fluids placed on my bed. Dishes broken and dirty being served to you. Hallways filthy. Food that is suppose to hot cold. Guy behind food server sneezing into his hands and serving you after without washing. This was my first and absolutely last experience with Costa Cruises. I’ve traveled on hundreds of cruises over the years from NCL, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and MSC, and I have never encountered a company as unprofessional and careless toward customers as Costa. After Costa cancelled my trip due to a very unfortunate family occurrence, they kept a $50 per person cancellation fee and informed me that my refund would take 30 to 60 days.
