Yesenia was so kind and professional and the property is absolutely beautiful.
We toured the apartment with Yesenia, an excellent guide who was well-informed about the apartment details. She also answered our questions quickly during the application process. Her attentiveness gave us confidence in management, which is always a concern when apartment hunting. We are excited to move in soon and make this our new home!
I had the best experience today looking for and finding an apartment here—it has a great location and a wonderful vibe. Ashley assisted me, and she was truly fantastic, helping me out and providing all the details. It took me less than 10 minutes to decide to apply, and I was approved within two hours at most. I highly recommend this complex and its team; I should also mention it was Ashley's birthday and the same time she was clearly enjoying her job…
The reason these apartments don't stay filled up is because you corner your residents into evictions instead of working with us. Why won't you let us pay what we owe NOW and instead force us to pay that plus next month up front because our bank screwed our payment. Never had any issues with our rent otherwise but this month our vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver and insurance hasn't helped us. We HAD to replace our car out of pocket to keep our jobs.
I didn't rent because they said I had to have a cosigner just because I was short $8 from making three times the rent. Then they found a cheaper apartment for me that was $10 less but it had carpet everywhere except where the kitchen appliances were and the restroom. The carpet looked kind of old and I just don't like carpet. Yesenia said that I could use my own washer and that changed because they already had a washer and dryer.
