Big thanks to Brianna in front office and Ashley they have been nice and helpful since I’ve lived at Costa Bella, the property is nice and clean and a great environment overall.
I’ve lived here for 2.5 years, and ever since my current neighbors moved in, there’s been constant noise until 3 AM—even on weekdays. I’ve emailed and called the office multiple times with no response. It’s affecting my health and work. I’m considering ending my lease, but the early termination fee in the lease feels completely unfair when management refuses to step in and help. They always fixed any problems I have right away. Very friendly.
I am very happy here. I have lived here six years and I have no complaints. The staff is awesome and so is the maintenance stuff I would not go anywhere else.
