I’ve lived here for a month and o am so beyond happy with my choice. The staff is always friendly, the grounds are maintained well and the apartment is spacious. I am so excited to make some friends at the pool :)
Canyon Oaks Apartments is an outstanding place to lay your head. The floor plans are spacious and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend renting from Canyon Oaks Apartments.
Definitely don’t recommend staying here unless you’re rich. Lived here for 1 year and upon move out they want 950$ for a carpet&pad that has normal wear/tear and some odor that wasn’t present when we lived there. No pictures, no professional manager explaining the situation or returning calls. Just a random number of 950$ put on us to pay stating that the carpet should last for 5 years and that’s charging us for our use. Joy. We moved here a year ago. This complex is nicely maintained and all staff, both office and maintenance, perform at a high level. Most recently, due to a handicap, we made a request for safety bars in the bathtub. This was completed yesterday and now is much safer than the suction cup bars that were there. We are elderly and owned our own homes for over 50 years. It’s nice to live in a complex where the ownership and staff display pride of ownership.
