I am very happy here. I have lived here six years and I have no complaints. The staff is awesome and so is the maintenance stuff I would not go anywhere else.
Ashley was amazing!! A true blessing from Christ, very welcoming, very kind.
I love my apartment complex so very much. Clarissa is a great manager and her team are friendly and very helpful. I go to the monthly parties and get to chat with neighbors. I’ve got to mention the maintenance guys under Fernando. I placed an order via the website and by noon it was done there is never any trash anywhere bc the guys stop their carts and pick up anything they see. I just love it here.
I’ve lived here for 2.5 years, and ever since my current neighbors moved in, there’s been constant noise until 3 AM—even on weekdays. I’ve emailed and called the office multiple times with no response. It’s affecting my health and work. I’m considering ending my lease, but the early termination fee in the lease feels completely unfair when management refuses to step in and help. I’ve been living at Costa Bella for several months and I feel like I’m on a Club Med Vacation. Ashlee and Clarissa are very professional and made the move in process seamless! I would recommend Costa Bella to friends and family. Oh and the maintenance folks are outstanding.
