I had a very rude employee come out to my house for a quote. It seemed like he had absolutely no idea about air conditioning and didn't give any advice or make any suggestions about what would be good for our house. His tone was rude and entitled. He made a very nasty phone call in front of me and hung up on a customer. I asked him to leave right after that. I will not deal with a business that has such unprofessional and rude customer service. Maybe try a different career path?
