Not the cleanest The staff were quite young. They were friendly but were ratehr unprofessional. The office building was rather run down and definitely not a clean and tidy place. The floors had numerous stains and it had not been vacuumed. The insurance quotes were fairly reasonable but it just didn't give you the feeling that you would be taken care of.
