$25 cost u less will deliver $25 stated in ad if they cannot beat your current auto insurance rate. You have to bring a active dec page of coverage and if they cannot beat the yearly rate they will deliver as promised. it doesnt happen often but this insurance company is willing to put their money where their mouth is.

Cost-U-Less Insurance Marketing Complaint Cost U Less Insurance, www.costulessins.com, promises a $25 check to people for whom costuless cannot find car insurance cheaper than current coverage in print ads costuless has been running in Metro, the San Jose/Silicon Valley alternative weekly tabloid newspaper. costuless refused that promised $25 check to me, even though I satisfied every particular of that costuless offer. This deceptive and unethical business practice lends no credit to Metro newspapers and is particularly reprehensible in an insurance enterprise upon which customers particularly depend to make payments as promised.

Okay, first I want to say that I NEVER write reviews on ANY website unless needed. BUT, I want to give the most biggest shout out to Merriam!!!!!!!!! She is angelic to me! I was literally on the phone with her for a total of 30 mins of pure patience and legit information regarding my insurance. She has truly showed me that she has a heart for people and truly care for her customers and makes sure they leave SATISFIED!!! Merriam, anybody would say this is dramatic, but I want to say Thank you for making the best out of this experience & setting me up with Infinity Insurance. You are truly a STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
