I have left an good review for Cassandra sanding but now I would have to take my goodness back because miscommunication and confusion another agent Mr.luis A. had to explained to me all the changes that were surprisingly to me and fees to my insurance policy it's like they dont tell you about all the other stuff and me as a customer supposed to accept all these surprises( fees) and changes to my policy without an explanation and run with it no that's not right that is so unfair and wrong
I had a great experience today at Cost Less Insurance thanks to Cassandra. I originally came in because there were a few things I wasn’t able to take care of over the phone due to poor customer service. As soon as I walked in, Cassandra greeted me right away with a warm and welcoming attitude, which immediately made a difference. Cassandra heard the stress in my voice and took it all away in one phone call. She got me the best insurance rate and also stays proactive and called me weeks later to make sure everything was still good! I never leave reviews but I hadddd to come and make sure she knows that she is EVERYTHING!!! Since that day I’ve been referring everybody to call and get their insurance together. I haven’t had a great customer service experience in a lonnnnggggg time !!!
I loved my agent she was great! polite and got me done in about 15 mins!
