I have left an good review for Cassandra sanding but now I would have to take my goodness back because miscommunication and confusion another agent Mr.luis A. had to explained to me all the changes that were surprisingly to me and fees to my insurance policy it's like they dont tell you about all the other stuff and me as a customer supposed to accept all these surprises( fees) and changes to my policy without an explanation and run with it no that's not right that is so unfair and wrong

I originally came in because there were a few things I wasn’t able to take care of over the phone due to poor customer service.
