Rebekah was phenomenal. Great customer service, great customer rapport, even though the situation didn’t call for much empathy, I can tell she has a great sense of empathy just by hearing the tone of her voice and the fluctuation sounded very genuine. I did not think that this was a legitimate service, but to know that cost-effective insurance is available with decent coverage options during this time in our world, I can appreciate so much. Hoping that if the time comes, the claims process provides the same level of support.

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they either don’t answer the phone or abruptly cut the call after asking for details. They never explain the situation clearly and seem to hide important policy information. As I am far away, I have to rely on calls, but despite repeated attempts, I get no updates. Once they took my payment, it feels like they have no interest in their customers. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.”
