Rebecca was AMAZING. I expressed my frustration from being put on hold numerous times yesterday and everyone just transferring me back and forth and not helping me and she kept calm and stayed with me every step of the way. Even though she was having difficulty with the system, she didn’t make an excuse to get off the phone and even stayed on it with me to make sure I received the document I needed. She deserves a raise!! Huge thank you to Rebecca for going above and beyond to help me today.
Joseph helped with me with different payment scenarios which helped me decided what is best for my budget. He is the best! He was professional and patients. Highly recommended!!! Great customer service!
