Today I came into the Standifod location to get a new policy for me and my husband and was helped by Bonnie Richina, she was very professional, answered ALL of my questions, and was able to get us a wonderful rate!! After receiving over $400 (including policy down payment and broker fee) from me they refused to release the down payment to my insurance company, Progressive. Over the span of 2 weeks of forwarding my phone calls I am now forced to pay Progressive directly the down payment that Cost-U-Less Insurance has already received, or my insurance policy will flat cancel tomorrow. nobody at Cost-U-Less is answering my phone calls now. The broker that I dealt with is Emily E. Garcia Gomez.
