Made a claim six days ago and still waiting on a estimate !!. I also wish I was told if I wanted to take my car to a different collision place it's an extra 20% Definitely switching companies! I Also didn't know i have to pick the rental place and they have to reimburse me & they don't pay the taxes on it just the $40 a day smh. This company is the worse!
