Great Service! Honest People! Cost Tire & Automotive was recommended by a close friend. So I took my Cadillac CTS to have a suspension rattle corrected. Not only did they fix the problem, something that La Quinta Cadillac charged me $349 for a service inspection, for that they said Nothing was wrong, nothing fixed, even after they confirmed they could hear the noise! I have no problem returning to CTA for any future service. I too have recommended Cost Tire & Auto to family & friends and they too have received great service.... read more
RIP-OFF BEWARE !!!!!! Cost has moved from their Ramon location. John the owner is nice but he proved to be a crook. He totally over charged me and fixed items I DID NOT PRE-AUTHORIZE. Very disappointed. He did have a great worker named Andre who always worked on my Mercedes. Andre found the problem and fixed it quickly. Andre left John and Cost Auto Repair and moved to Gabor's Auto Repair on Ramon in Cat City....do yourself the favor and go to Gabor's. Don't risk getting cheated at COST.
