RecommendedI love this store and location and just found out they are closing. This is so devastating! World Market has so much unique and wonderful merchandise that you cannot find anywhere else. And their staff is so friendly and helpful. I really hope their corporate finds a new location locally as I won’t drive thirty miles to Greensboro to visit a different location.
Terrible customer service unfriendly staff. Definitely not fans of small children
First time stopping by this location since moving to Winston Salem and I loved it! The staff went out of their way to help me find an item and the store manager was friendly and helpful. She even let me know if I was ever looking for something to call her directly at the store and she would see if she could help. Will most def be back soon. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but not here at World Market.
Visited there today, have always enjoyed World Market. Will not be going back to this one. Was passing through on a trip today, when I checked out, thought my total sounded a little high. Later pulled my receipt, and saw where the first charge was for something I didn't purchase. Called the store to let them know and there was no way to resolve without driving back or driving to the closest town that has a World Market. Really disappointed that they were so unconcerned.
