I purchased the Speed Queen washing machine TR7. My wife said she loved it so much that I called the store and said I wanted the matching dryer DR7. When I got there, my paperwork was waiting for me and they were ready to load it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Fantastic service.

To follow Lane Daniel review. This is honestly ridiculous the washer is broken again. I cannot understand how this unit is brand new unit and multiple thing have been broken. I would not recommend whirlpool to anyone. As for the company it’s the same run around they do NOT DO REFUNDS. But you must keep a broken product and wait to see what “whirlpool”says. Currently waiting on a phone call from the owner it’s been a week with no call from it I bought a new Amana washer from them 8/19/24 it worked for a week 8/27/24 then suddenly stopped working that’s fine call get on a list to get it looked at then they say the control board is bad two weeks go by the tec comes and puts it on ask the tec can you stay to make sure it make it through a full cycle was told they don’t do that and surprise surprise I didn’t work call them back tell them to have him come back asap he proceeded to t... read more
