Service man came out quickly. He fixed what he thought was wrong. Two days later water froze up in the bottom of the freezer again. Without checking it out , he said he ordered another part. It’s been nearly a month. No one ever calls back. I would love it fixed soon. I’ve had to borrow ice from neighbors.

I purchased the Speed Queen washing machine TR7. My wife said she loved it so much that I called the store and said I wanted the matching dryer DR7. When I got there, my paperwork was waiting for me and they were ready to load it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Fantastic service.

To follow Lane Daniel review. This is honestly ridiculous the washer is broken again. I cannot understand how this unit is brand new unit and multiple thing have been broken. I would not recommend whirlpool to anyone. As for the company it’s the same run around they do NOT DO REFUNDS. But you must keep a broken product and wait to see what “whirlpool”says. Oh but they have a 1 year warranty as well which makes it okay. okay cool but what happens when that warranty is up. It’s not worth the hassle to constantly have a machine... read more
