Disgraceful customer service at Costless Copies Annerley. Walked in to get something printed and was met with one of the rudest staff interactions I’ve ever had. No “Hi,” no “How can I help you?”just a blunt “Yes,” like I was bothering her by showing up. When I explained I needed printing done, she responded with a rushed “You’ll need to email that,” then stood there with no further assistance, no effort to help, and absolutely no courtesy. The lady was rude and seemed more interested in debating the weight of my sample paper than helping me. Had I been treated nicely, I would have printed my demo invitation on standard paper for now. I was so excited to find a local printing business around the corner, but after my experience today, I will go elsewhere.
Easy to order prints and photo printing. Have used them for large format posters also for our store. Decent pricing and it local for us, order online or email and then pick up Has a few parking spots at the back.
This is my only choice. I love this place and the staff Tia.
