Rosita, was the lady who cut my hair. She made a good job. My concern is the local amenities. It is very poor the decoration. Any plants, any details with the customers ( bottle of water, candies, rewards) Pay atención to your franchise!
I have been going to cost cutters for over 10 years now. This is my second time at this location in Pearland. The beautician did not seem like she knew exactly how to do natural black hair. I did ask her if she was familiar with natural hair, she said yes. She stated I had glue in my hair after she washed it, but I told her I have never used glue in my hair. Rosa was very lovely for a dry women’s cut, and on Tuesday ladies are 24$ and men are 20$. Can’t really beat that. TY Rosa!
