Roya always does a wonderful job!
I had a very disappointing experience today. The stylist was new — someone I had never met before — and her technique was poor. She didn’t use any proper layering or thinning scissors and simply cut everything in a straight line. The bangs, layers, and face-framing pieces all turned out very awkward, and I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to fix them because I was afraid it might make things worse. Norma is awesome! Excellent haircut and a good price! She’s always positive and friendly. I was her last appointment yesterday and running late, and she still waited around for me so I could get a much needed haircut. She’s great!
