They charge $23 for a haircut and shampoo as a package deal. I, however, only got the haircut part of it. I was told that they come together and I chose to only get the haircut part, I did not. I made it clear that I wanted a shampoo and trim over the phone. Why would I pay $23 for just a haircut if I can get a shampoo with it? Respectfully, If i knew I wasn’t going to get what I was paying for I wouldn’t have came. I want to give a shout out to Sam M. for the beautiful "Lob Style" layered haircut she gave me! It's absolutely gorgeous, I love it! You couldn't have done better! I haven't even styled this yet, it's just air dried and it still looks gorgeous! I can't wait to style this! Thank you for the new look! Can't wait to come back for color!
