I am so happy I went to Cost Cutters and had Athena, Color and Cut my hair! I have 2 different Colors and she did a great job of matching both. I have a layered Bob and she did excellent work on the Cut and Style. She is a definite asset to the Company! I will be back monthly to maintain the look! Thank you, Athena.
