We have been going to this place for almost a year. My wife's hair was almost down to her butt and when she went today she got the worst haircut of her life. She looks like she has a mullet after the layers were just supposed to be layered. Think twice before you go in here! We will never step foot back in there. She now has to cut her hair to her shoulders to fix as she's been crying all day! STAY AWAY FROM ANA!
