Holly did my hair on 1/20/24 - she charged me $90 for a color and highlight. The color has now fallen out completely and I called today to make an appointment to come for a color but to leave out the hair that was highlighted so my hair would still have highlights. I was told the price for that would be $182! When I asked why, I was told by Ginger that Holly charged me incorrectly and she didn't use a filler or toner (or something like that) and that's why my color fell out.
