I have been to several salons and Holiday Hair has it all, Cindy is an expert hair stylist, personable, and attentive to her clients needs. Cindy always pleases her clients, whether it be a cut, perm, or color. She listens to you - and respect your wishes. Most of her clients can't wait for their next appointment!..... I went here to get a cut and highlight, they told me it was going to be 80, first the lady didn't get closer enough to my roots when bleaching do I looked like I got it done weeks ago cuz it had a big gap. Then I told her I wanted it blond with red low lights in my bangz. She gave,me this awful oranges blond color and colored my entire bangs red! I even showed her a picture of What I wanted!!!!! Heather gave me the exact haircut we discussed and great highlights (even fixing previous color from a different hairdresser). I have not seen any of the other stylists at Hair Masters, but would strongly recommend Heather.
This place is horrible!!!! My husband went in and asked for a fade with a trim at the top. But instead he still had hair all down his neck (which should be cleaned up) and the front part of his hair(forehead) was shorter then the rest of the hair by 1/2 an inch!! it is completely obvious! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I went here to have my hair cut. The woman was rude, and completely unprofessional. I had really long hair that I was ready to cut shorter. She said she would have to charge me extra for the extra shampoo and conditioner, and extra to cut.....which I was ok with. I told her that I wanted to cut it off, but no shorter than the middle of my back. I also told her that I want bangs, but no shorter than my eyebrows. She cut it WAY too short! I am a long time customer of style america and I have children, a five year old and a three year old. I take them with me everytime I get my hair cut and I have never had a problem. I usually just wait and see who I get instead of making a request for a particular stylist, and every stylist that I've ever had has been very warm and asked many questions about my girls. I understand that they don't want them sitting in the chairs, if you spin in them it can mess up the hydraulics. Kids are kids, we are the adults it is our job... read more
