Went to the website and it claimed that there was a 0 minute wait. Went to the store and was told that the wait was 4.5 hours. I mentioned that the website was clearly not updated and the woman at the counter simply stared at me. No 'I'm sorry' or 'We'll take care of it.' Anyone who buys into their 'No appointment necessary' is going to get a sad surprise.
