I bring my boys here all the time and they do great with them but, as for me, I said I've been growing my hair out for three years and wanted a little trim. She said something about "wasted length" and took 9 inches off my hair. I am still devastated even though it is just hair. I can't even braid it. I can barely pony tail it.
