awesome salon – I went to cost cutters because it is a family salon and has way cheaper prices than every other salon. I got my hair done by the manager sierra and had the best haircolor and cut I've ever had. She is very perfessional and knowledgable about hair and products. I greatly suggest this salon it is very affordable. MUST GO TO SALON – I went to cost cutters and it was by far the best salon in collierville to go to that has awesome cheap prices and the girls know what there doing. They offer hair cuts, color, relaxers,perms,waxing,and also have an awesome selection of products such as paul mitchell,bedhead,big sexy hair,kenra,redken,crew,and also a cost cutters brand that is pretty good and cheaper than the other products.
