Going on 2 years with Coso and it’s been a great experience so far. Love my apartment! Fixes comes easily from the super, great location, great interior design, etc. The only downside is we barely get sunlight in the apt, but that’s common for nyc since there’s high sky scrappers. The dryer takes 4 hours to dry clothes, but there’s a laundry unit in the apartment complex. the worst place, the worst management, and when we want to move out of it , the manager said we didn't have security deposit(7000 dollars) and we are still struggling with this. The super' s attitude is also very bad and want to be brided to let you go. Disgusting place and a trash company.
Sharp and highly responsive management company. Kudos to Dee, Kelly and Ariana for all their work, but these are poorly renovated apartments with significant mouse issues that could never really be resolved. As you can imagine, this made cleaning always difficult too. We enjoyed our two year stint in the neighborhood (this company services the morningside, UWS and Harlem areas, I believe) - great area, but I'd recommend avoiding Coso.
Moved in December 1st and the unit had a defective washer and dryer, it hasn't been repaired yet and head office doesn't return calls back to give you any ETA.
