Luckily, I've not had to use the services of a body shop very much over the years. But every time I've needed help, these folks have been just wonderful to me. I stopped in today to discuss a minor paint chip on my new car, and they touched up the spot, gave me a small container of color to take home and didn't even charge me for any of that. This is the type of good, old fashioned service that is so rare in today's world.

Happy Customer Very friendly service. They serviced my car quickly and professionally. When I received my bill it was actually less than the estimate, because they said they were able to repair the part and they shipped the new one back! Very honest people.
BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I was "REFERRED " TO BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY!Whatever work they have done in the past well i just dont understand how they have any business! They where rude slow and acted like i was a burden because i had simple questions ! like when will it be done ? or is there any warranty ?? all answers came with an unpleasant attitude! i will never go to them again and would highly recommend not the deal with them !- BECKY

Nice Family Owned Business I appreciate local family owned businesses. This one is just that. The prices may not be the cheapest but remember you get what you pay for. When you go pick up your car, be sure to go a couple doors down to The Flower Shop to get some pretty flowers.
Cosner Brothers - Best body shop in Charlottesville I recently toom my Z3 for body work to Cosner Brothers. I had used them in the past and had been very, very pleased with the results. I am happy to say that Cosner Brothers remains the best body shop in Charlottesville.
