Best dental service recommended for those who have young kids
Too many communication issues and rude attitude. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and courtesy. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes in front of the reception desk until the receptionists' conversation ends to ask a question. And the way RN Honia treated me was inappropriate and rude. she tapped my shoulder when she was talking to me and I felt like I'm being a kid. Hope she learn how to treat people. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not intend to visit this clinic again.
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at City West Medical Centre. She was rude, impatient, and seemed to have a very short fuse. Instead of being helpful and professional, I felt like I was being spoken to disrespectfully for simply asking questions. Reception staff are the first point of contact for patients, and a friendly, respectful attitude makes a big difference. Such a great professional Medical Centre. The team at City West Medical Centre took exceptional care of me. Very efficient and caring.
The shitest medical.don't waste your time guys.i bought my son in here to xray L hand we waited for two hours. Then th receptionist tell us story our system is not working..then we found another medical centre it was about 50 minutes far away.
