I dont know how this place works. I am a new customer, wanted to reach out for a cut. They dont have a website, and only answered my text after I have been calling them for 4 days, with no one picking up. Even after they responded to my initial text, they just didnt respond after I wanted to ask about possible scheduling. It seems the only way to book a haircut is to actually walk in.
Came to see Erandi for low maintenance ginger (I know, right? lol). Cosmos is exactly how I want my salon experiences to feel. Calm, warm, easy, smart, nourishing. The price is on point and the service is exceptional. Walked out in under three hours with a gorgeous natural healthy red. Also, so much solid info I was missing re: caring for my curly hair. And really it’s the vibe of the place that feels nice. Looking forward to next time.
