Worst experience ever! Do not recommend visiting this supplier. Worst customer service from the 2 women at the front desk. No respect at all towards my husband or myself. Walked out and will not purchase from this supplier.
This was the 3rd granite and marble place of the 6 I visited off Westinghouse. Went in to see their warehouse and was immediately greeted by a wonderful employee - Gloria. I showed her photos of what I was looking for. Cosmos happened to have what I was looking for. She took me right to it. It so happened what was on hand was sold. Drove 25 miles to Charlotte with my two girls 12 and 9 yrs old. We were immediately turned away due to COVID restrictions that prevents kids from visiting the showroom.This had not been communicated before either via the website or their company rep. We were turned away in non sympathetic and very rude fashion. Don't patronize this place.
Deby was the rudes person i ever meet in my life! Stay away from peoples like them.
Quite a wide variety of Quartz, Granite & Marble. After multiple visits to another stone place nearby and not able to find what we liked(the ones we liked either had rust or had a crack going through the slab), the lady at the this other stone place directed me to check Cosmos. If you are looking for variety and rare stone colors/patterns, this is the place!!
