The salesman is a very nice, charismatic older gentleman. He promised a certain date for installation, on that date someone did come, to remeasure, I guess they didn't trust him to measure the first time around? This was very inconvenient as we thought it was an installation date and planned a party, with small children. This was a very dangerous party as I did not have railing and someone could have gotten injured. We called several times to then find the installation date, most calls going ignored.
