Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted Otto through Facebook Marketplace for a car starter installation. He gave me an appointment, and I arrived on time. When I called him, he said he wasn’t available and asked me to leave my car unlocked with the keys inside—a request that no reasonable person would feel comfortable with, especially when the installer is nowhere to be seen. Took vehicles here a few times for work and tints and everytime happy with results. Best prices in Calgary with high quality work!
Great experience. Cosmos installed ceramic tint on my truck. It was a bit too dark for my taste so they redid it to a lesser tint at no charge and without questions. Truck looks great now.
