My daughter called to ask a simple question. The employee decided to answer her by yelling no into the phone and hanging up in her face. How do you expect to run a business treating customers like crap?!
If they are going to limit parking behind the building, they need to put signs up at every parking spot or at least have arrows pointed in every direction that is “their” parking spot. That guy, I guess the owner was so rude to me as I was trying to park closer to a building for only a few minutes to grab my lunch and because I’m pregnant and didn’t want to have to walk far. He made me park somewhere else and made me walk further than what I would have if he would have just allowed me to park there for a few minutes. What a ... read more
