Excellent customer service by the older lady I think she's persian
I had a wonderful experience at the store the other day with a very lovely lady. I didn’t catch her name, but she had striking dark black hair pulled back and radiated such positive energy. She went out of her way to assist me, and she is truly the best customer service agent I’ve experienced in a long time!
the worst customer service experience of all the cosmoprof stores! The rudest and most unprofessional staff is in this store! I was very surprised, because in other cosmoprof stores the staff is always very attentive and the atmosphere is friendly. This is the first time I have encountered such rudeness and I will never go to this store again. So many bad reviews, it is strange why the administration does not take any action.
