the worst customer service experience of all the cosmoprof stores! The rudest and most unprofessional staff is in this store! I was very surprised, because in other cosmoprof stores the staff is always very attentive and the atmosphere is friendly. This is the first time I have encountered such rudeness and I will never go to this store again. So many bad reviews, it is strange why the administration does not take any action.
