When it was at East Wenatchee location, the sale person was extremely nice and friendly. But then when they moved to the new location the owner was so rude and racist, wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t want to sell me anything even tho I have the membership. Not recommended especially when you’re the owner you’re supposed to treat customers in any ethnicities with respect

Maybe I’m dumb for this, but I didn’t realize based on context clues that this was a wholesale store that requires a license. I went in looking to spend some birthday money and got turned away, but the cashier was so professional and kind about it that I didn’t feel at all like I was intruding. Very professional and kind.

I love the brands and products sold in this store… Unfortunately today when I went in to buy something I needed I had the worst costumer experience of my life. The older lady named Ellen who we encountered was terribly unprofessional. She yelled at me and my friend and refused to sell us the product. She did not guide us on how to open an account, she simply left the front desk and walked away when we were asking her how to open an account. She simply said to figure it out and she didn’t care.
