I will most likely never come to this location again. Cristina needs to work on her customer service skills and learn how to be friendly. Not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with her.
lol I don’t know who the girl is with the long brown hair that works there, but her customer service skills are terrible. She’s not friendly and is actually rude. Not sure how she got a job in customer service. Would not recommend shopping here.
Honestly whenever I have to come to this location and Cristina is working I know my experience is going to be subpar and disappointing, she is always unfriendly and does not seem knowledgeable about the products in store. Thankfully this is not the main location I go to but its incredibly frustrating when I do go to this location. The store itself is fine but the staff (Cristina) just sucks go to another location if you're able to.
