I had a wonderful experience at the CosmoProf Unionville location. I wish I had caught the name of the sales associate who helped me, because she truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. I was trying to find toner, but Cosmo Prof does not allow the public to buy from them, don't waste your time coming here. It is not stated explicitly that a license is needed online or at the entrance of the store (not easy to see). Go to Sally Beauty instead! Their minimum purchase order for free shipping is currently $50 while Cosmo Prof is $150. They also carry many of the same brands AND they are open to the public.

I’ve been coming here for years now and the ladies are always so friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with product availability as everything I’ve come in for has always been available.
