Went in today wanted foils and was miss lead by the product being on the wrong shelf and paid more than what i wanted to and went back and got made to feel stupid by the manager when i brought it up to her. this isn’t the first time it happened either with this manager and im not pleased with how she treated me in that situation with a bunch of other customers in the store.
The manager and staff here are fabulous!
I had a wonderful experience at the CosmoProf Unionville location. I wish I had caught the name of the sales associate who helped me, because she truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. When I found out that the account I had created previously wasn’t active, she took the initiative to call customer service on my behalf, helped get my account activated, and ensured I was able to complete my purchase.
