Very disappointing experience. I walked into this store because it looked professional and I usually use professional-grade hair and nail products. However, the moment I entered, the staff asked if I had a license and basically made it clear that if I’m not a salon professional, I shouldn’t even bother looking around. Customer Service was absolutely atrocious. ↓ I, mistakenly, did not know that this was not a store just anyone could walk into and shop like Sally's Beauty. This store was closer to where I was than Sally's so I figured I'd just go here instead of driving down the road for convince.
