Great service at the Merivale Cosmoprof location. The store is well stocked, organized and clean. Jess is really helpful, energetic, and friendly! Definitely recommend visiting this location for supplies!
I have been a customer here for many years and this store has really gone down hill. The store used to be organized and clean now it looks like they just throw things wherever they can fit them.Most of the time I come and they don't have what I need And it takes 3 to 4 weeks before even getting anything in. since old management has left I noticed staff is constantly changing, the atmosphere here now is very uncomfortable.
