I haven’t been to this location in a while, but I needed a last-minute colour for a client and I went in just before closing the associate who was working I didn’t catch her name, but she had black and red hair was extremely helpful even though I came in last minute, I didn’t feel pressured to rush in and out, she even helped me match a colour I was looking for.

I went into Cosmo Prof to look around today as I have not been inside one in a long time. I was greeted by Jessica who was so kind and professional with answering all my questions about different items. The store is big, bright, well stocked and clean. I left very happy with my purchase and will be back again!

I expected a professional beauty supply store, but this location missed the mark. The shelves were sparse, and several common products I went in for simply weren’t available. It didn’t feel organized or well maintained, which made shopping frustrating. What really stood out (in a bad way) was the interaction with the store manager. Instead of being approachable or helpful, she was abrupt and unfriendly when I asked about a product. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there.
