My sister sent me to buy some supplies for her salon, since I was near the place, so I went in to buy products at this store and the person who was at the front desk was very rude, she told me to hurry in a very rude way and made me displeased faces.

Every other professionally beauty shop was closed on Saturday morning as I headed into town from about an hour away. I stopped at three. Everyone was closed by the time I got Orfus Road. It was 830 and I was thankful to find that Cosmo Prof was open. Customer service is amazing. always aiming to help you out and willing to please.

Horrible experience. Rude staff and not helpful at all. The lady that worked there gave attitude and could not be bothered to answer any questions. Have been to other cosmo prof locations and this was by far the worst. Should definitely consider hiring new staff!

I've been a loyal customer at Cosmoprof for years, but recently had a disappointing experience with the manager, Nina. She was extremely rude to me, and I've also noticed her treating the employees poorly. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this since it negatively impacted my visit. I've shopped here for over 4 years without any issues, so I hope this helps others who are considering this location.
