Bought a defective 90$ efile that stopped working after a couple of uses. They told me I couldn't exchange it becuase it was missing two small cuticle bits. I had also offered to pay the difference for those two bits or even to give them the new bits from the new efile. They refused so I am stuck with a brand new efile that doesn't work. I can confidently say I will be buying elsewhere from now on.* Edit * I have gone back recently becuase modern was closed.
