It's too bad that these professional staff has to deal with people who don't understand that this is a wholesale store for profession hairstylist s. It is not a retail store for the general public and is stated as this at the front entry. Maybe you should learn to read tbe signs before you enter the store

So stupid they said I can’t buy anything if I’m not a hair stylist but my mom isn’t one and she bought stuff worse place ever not even good price either never come here it’s a terrible place just go anywhere else the service sucks the lady and the front counter has the worst service ever

If I could give no stars I would. I truly don’t even shop here anymore as a stylist because the customer service here is absolute garbage. The owner should actually be so embarrassed of the way she runs the store. A friend of mine is an esthetician and shopped there the other day, and product was priced for a certain amount and when they got up to the till, she was saying it was actually more and they’re repricing the whole store.
