I can’t say enough good things about this store and the ladies who work here! The store always has the items I need in stock! I come in all the time to get my K18 dry shampoo BUT; this last time, I was given a recommendation for Kenras dry shampoo! I love how these workers know their product and can recommend other items for money saving. My daughter has curly hair and they always recommend new product to try. The older blonde, who we believe is the manager, is one of the rudest, most incompetent people I’ve ever met. She has no knowledge of their point of sale system and is extremely rude and dismissive. We were followed around the store by her while we were shopping for items and she would not leave us alone until we were at the register. I've been a hairdresser for about 15 years, and I've been coming into this location for 3 of those. Today I went in for a browse, to notice in a panic I had started my period. I quickly asked if they a restroom, told them why, and was told " We don't have public restrooms, maybe try a few doors down" Was I standing in the middle of the Deva Curl aisle bleeding through my shorts? I’ve never had any issue with customer service they seem nice but this location is alwayssssss out of something! Always. Lol Val vista seems to keep stock so what’s the deal? Understandable that stock does goes out or is low from time to time but qc location it’s every single time which sucks because it’s so close to home!!! Are they not getting enough shipment in??

I am a licensed hairstylist and makeup Artist. I’ve been shopping at Cosmo Prof for over 14 years, I’ve never been to a location that wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. That’s all I have to say. Val Vista would neverrrrrrrr. I’ll never come back here again, I’ll just go to my normal locations that are girls girls.
