Worst cosmo prof I’ve ever been to. They are rude and they took my drivers license to write down my information like my address and name. Not only when I went to place on online order after to my address that is not a valid address my last name was completely spelled wrong. I called Cosmo prof and they did nothing to help they told me to contact the shipping company even though it wasn’t even shipped yet nor any tracking information was given.
That old blonde lady genuinely needs to quit unless she can figure out an ounce of kindness. What an unpleasant individual.
