I have been shopping at Cosmo for a long time, honestly, my experience has been really good. The biggest thing I appreciate is the staff. Everyone around is so friendly and helpful. They are approachable, and willing to help without making you feel pressured. Store's new policy and procedure might change, but definitely I would love to come because of staff, specially Pooja, a new manager. Cheers and all the very best Pooja :) <3
It’s unfortunate to see such negative comments because my personal experience has been completely different. I would definitely recommend giving the new team a chance and experiencing their customer service for yourself. I’ve had a great experience with the new manager and staff. 1 Star – Significant drop in customer service, staff competency, and professional standards My friends, staff, and I have been loyal customers at this Cosmoprof location for over 6 years and never experienced any major issues until recently. Since the arrival of the new store manager and an entirely new staff, the overall quality of the store has drastically declined. Had a really good experience at this location. Pooja is the new manager, and she was very approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell she’s putting in a lot of effort to make the store better, and I really appreciate that.
