Very rude older Caucasian lady who was just sitting on her phone when I walked in. Had to greet her first. When I also inquired about a product she rudely responded "no". Sorry miss manager did I interrupt your social media scrolling? She also continued to speak rudely as I was already out the door. How did she become a manager? Must be desperation because she resembles nothing of a leader. Do better cosmo prof. You're paying her for lost sales.
