I was in the store last week to buy a curling iron . I brought the old one in to get the right size . Women told me they don’t make a 5/8 curling iron and sold me the wrong one . I bought other products as well . She rang my things though and started talking with the person at the other till. Very rude . Definitely need to brush up on your customer service skills.Got the right service at icon supply . Won’t be going back to cosmoprof .

Went in to replace shampoo/conditioner and other hair products… was greeted cheerfully as I entered and asked if I needed help. Several other shoppers arrived while I was still deciding what to purchase and the new Cheryl cheerfully greeted them all. Cheryl was very helpful and I decided to try a new line with the great Cheryl helped me choose everything on my list with a cheery and fun demeanor. Can’t wait to go back! So refreshing to have this level of service while shopping!

My little sister is in town whom just graduated from hair dressing school and came to pick up supplies for my hair, your “lovely” staff member “D” definitely made it memorable and “welcoming” with her cold responses and rude attitude, not only did she speak to my little sister like she was an uneducated idiot but was also completely unhelpful when she was asking for the where abouts of certain products, not the experience I wanted her to have for her first time in Kelowna. Do better.
