Today's customer service was great, her name is Dee. She took us through the store asked of we needed help. Anticipated our needs. :)
I was in the store last week to buy a curling iron . I brought the old one in to get the right size . Women told me they don’t make a 5/8 curling iron and sold me the wrong one . I bought other products as well . She rang my things though and started talking with the person at the other till. Very rude . Definitely need to brush up on your customer service skills.Got the right service at icon supply . Won’t be going back to cosmoprof .
First time in and Dee was incredibly helpful, patient and kind finding the products I was looking for!
