I go to this Cosmo location quite a fair bit. The staff is always amazing, especially Kezia, extremely talented, knowledgeable and friendly. She knows how and what products are going to fit exactly what you need. The other staff memeber that’s been there for ever and is the manager is wonderful as well 10/10 recommend their services and 10/10 will be back.

Edit:The girl who mainly works weekends is named Kezia. She is always rude and disrespectful. Went in to grab some stuff today for their 10% sale event and her red headed coworker was running around like a chicken with her head cut off and she slowly walked out of the back, did a lap and then went back into the back. This girl seems lazy and inconsiderate. If I was her manager I would fire her. Do not go on the weekends. Do not go on the weekends. The staff that seem to work Tuesdays to Fridays are amazing and super friendly and know what they are talking about. However there is one girl that I’ve seen working mainly on the weekends who is mean, blunt and needs to learn how to provide proper customer service. She only really gives you on worded answers and if you ask for clarification she rolls her eyes and fills her response with snark.
