I shop here occasionally, I don’t have a cosmoprof near me, but this one is on my way to my spa; so, I stop there when I go. I was surprised to see what a low rating! The ladies are always working hard and eager to help me when I enter the store. Always nice and friendly. I will continue to shop there.
Asked to use the bathroom for my child and was told NO….because they keep supplies in the restroom- It’s a NYS law that if a store has a restroom for employees, they have to allow customers to use it! The board of health will be notified, I hope you have all your MSDS sheets on site cosmoprof !
The workers including the manager are extremely rude. They have not greeted me whatsoever every time I have walked in the store. They give dirty looks and stand at the counter and are zero help.
