So, as a human with hair, I thought I would at least be welcome to browse. I was told in no uncertain terms I am not even welcome in the store as I have no business being there to look around. I would never use this service as a salon in Prince Albert. You can probably buy wholesale online and not have to deal with such awful interactions. Imagine not even being allowed in because I don't have a "licence" GFYS lmao Also, they are not registered with the BBB.

I love shopping here, but the turnover of staff makes it an unpleasant experience. I don't appreciate being questioned or watched like I'm going to steal, and being told I can't look at products really upset me. The one young girl is new, and so was the other one. Although one was overly pleasant, the other one was just snotty. Not a very good feeling when you're a return customer. The Prince Albert store is racist.
