I always visit the shop after school and looking for something on sale, the girls are very helpful regarding things I need to know, even i did not buy anything on some days I was there, the warm welcome and smile on their face never change...
I love the staff (that’s why I’m giving them a 5), but they need more product. Unfortunately I have to often get the rest of my salon products at the other supplier in the city.
Missing stock but customer service was excellent.
These poor in-store girls that have to put up with angry and frustrated salon staff! The company isn't filling the shelves with esthetics products, telling them it's not a priority!!! Ugh!!! I was told by the worker that it came straight from the CEO that it's not a priority right now! WHAT?!?!?!?! How the hell are we supposed to do our job without product?????? I guess I order from another company and to say the hell with Cosmoprof! What a joke! Like I said, these poor staff members!
