Went in this morning to try to get a dryer. Their card reader wasn’t working and the poor girl at the front tried her manager who didn’t answer, tried tech support who did not answer and finally her manager responded after 20 minutes to tell her that no card payments would work today. This is ridiculous. Cosmoprof has been riding on the fact that cosmetologists only have so many professional in person options. The company needs to change. Absolutely so dissapointed.
please just update your hours online. i have driven here multiple times because google says you’re open and i arrive to a locked door.
