I have been in the industry for 16 years. This is always my local supply store. I had ordered online 2 days go, received my order the next day within an hour of them opening. Unfortunately there was a missing item, however Tina offered to drive my item directly to my salon for the inconvenience. Although im only a few miles away, the customer service was over the top and I just wanted to let people know. These days this type of service is rare and definitely not expected.

Every time I come into this store there is a lady with orange hair that follows me around the store telling me to buy everything, and then periodically sits up at the front complaining very loudly to the coworkers on petty theft or naming customers that they should be aware of. It’s very unprofessional. Makes me feel very uncomfortable to the point I don’t want to shop at this store anymore. This location was the ONLY one open on a Sunday (not the Colorado Blvd)!! The sweet employees, Patrina and Deniyah allowed me to get there 2 mins before they closed and even helped get everything ready over the phone. Recommend this location over all the other!!
