We booked 4 tickets to Europe and cancelled due to health reasons. Cosmopolitan canceled the tickets and told us we needed a medical note to give to airlines. we were in contact with the airlines and numerous people at the airlines told us they refunded the full amount. Yet Cosmopolitan charged us 324.00 fee which they say was the airlines not them. We will never book with Cosmo again nor will anyone from our family.Terrible business.

I advise not to deal with them. They deal with a girl named Rasha Al-Saleh, a very bad scam company
This is a fraudulent company. They take money from you, and then I no longer answer the phone. I recommend not dealing with them at all. They took $2,000 from me and no one responds.
