My son is near the end of treatment. We have no problem with the office or the staff - everyone has been very nice and friendly. Our issue is that they don't seem to listen to what we want. We asked for clear braces and our son got silver ones put on. Then at the end of treatment, we chose the bonded retainer for him and they gave him the removable one.
